Suparman (51), warga Ngabang, Landak, Kalimantan Barat, mengaku kecewa
terhadap Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) cabang Pontianak karena memblokir
rekeningnya.
Hal itu dilakukan pihak BNI setelah uang sejumlah Rp
5,1 miliar tersasar ke rekeningnya beberapa bulan lalu. Dalam hitungan
hari, rekeningnya langsung diblokir hingga kini.
"Sampai
sekarang saya belum tahu dari mana asal-muasal uang yang masuk itu.
Jadi kalau ada kasus pencucian uang, bisa-bisa saya kena juga. Itu yang
saya tidak mau, makanya saya minta penjelasan yang jelas dari pihak
BNI," ujarnya, Senin (9/11/2015).
Suparman
mengaku sempat membuat laporan ke Polda Kalbar mengenai tindakan BNI
tersebut. Polda baru mengirim surat pemberitahuan hasil penyelidikan
tertanggal 29 Oktober 2015 yang menyatakan bahwa penyelidikan terhadap
laporannya dihentikan pada tanggal 24 April 2015.
Habis Rp 2,2 miliar
Suparman menuturkan, kejadian bermula saat dia menerima SMS banking pada tanggal 2 Februari 2015 malam bahwa ada uang masuk ke rekeningnya sebesar Rp 5.104.439.450.
Tanpa
melakukan konfirmasi, pada tanggal 4 Februari 2015, dirinya lalu
melakukan penarikan melalui ATM sebesar Rp 10 juta dan mentransfer uang
sebesar Rp 100 juta kepada rekannya.
Pada tanggal 5 Februari 2015, dia kembali melakukan transaksi lagi dengan mentransfer sebesar Rp 100 juta kepada temannya.
Kemudian pada hari yang sama, Suparman menarik tunai sebesar Rp 10 juta melalui ATM dan Rp 500 juta di BNI Ngabang.
Masih
pada tanggal yang sama, dirinya juga mentransfer sebanyak tiga kali
kepada temannya sebesar Rp 1,5 miliar. Total transaksi yang dilakukannya
pada 4 dan 5 Februari itu sebesar Rp 2,2 miliar.
Lalu, lanjut
Suparman, ketika mengecek saldo pada sore hari sekitar pukul 17.54 WIB
di tanggal yang sama, saldo yang seharusnya masih tersisa lebih dari Rp
2,8 miliar sudah tidak ada.
Keesokan harinya, tepatnya tanggal 6
Februari 2015, pihak pimpinan BNI Pontianak dan Ngabang memintanya untuk
mengembalikan uang sebesar Rp 500 juta.
"Saya juga sudah lapor
ke Dirkrimsus Polda Kalbar tentang tindak pidana perbankan. Tapi dari
hasil penyelidikan polisi, laporan tersebut dihentikan. Karena sudah
berkoordinasi dengan OJK, dan OJK menyatakan salah transfer oleh BNI
tidak melanggar ketentuan," katanya, Senin (9/11/2015).

Sementara
itu, Pemimpin Cabang Pembantu Bank BNI Ngabang, Okta Ansardi, mengaku
bahwa permasalahan uang Rp 5,1 miliar tersasar ke rekening Suparman itu
sudah diserahkan ke pihak Kantor BNI di Pontianak.
Okta mengaku, dirinya tidak bisa memberikan keterangan lebih jauh mengenai masalah tersebut.
"Kami tidak bisa ngomong
apa-apa lagi, dan kami hanya laporkan ke kantor pusat. Sebab, kami di
sini hanya cabang pembantu, jadi tidak punya hak lagi untuk memberikan
keterangan masalah itu," ujarnya.
